Why Samajika Nyayam will not work

Samajika Nyayam will have negative results because -
1) Just a leader coming from a certain backward community does not mean anything. Devender goud migilina gouds kosam enni laws techadu state lo ? They still pay 100Rs per tree per year as tax to govt. He did not even remove that. Why? cos even though his last name is Goud, he never practiced that profession and he cares just as much as a non Goud does.
2) Opportunity is given to only rich people of backward communities which is not going to solve the problem. It worsens the problem since the next generation leadership is again going to be kids of the same leaders since they got both the caste tag and the money. Same problem with reservations.
3) Kids growing up already have the parameters set as to what they can expect after they grow up. Reddy has 8% chance, Brahmins have 3% chance, Kapu has 15% chance of becoming a legislator etc.
4) Caste leaders will always remind people of their caste so there are not going to be any national leaders, just caste leaders.
