What Lokesh's peanut sized brain cannot comprehend.

CBN is boasting that CTS scheme is the brainchild of Lokesh.First of all adhi oka dikku malina pathakam. Brazil lo 2% budget allot chesi run chestunnaru.CBN wants to spend 50% of state budget for this scheme.
Right now, as is the buget is running in deficit. Govt is not in a position to spend 1% more withoutgetting loans from world bank or selling off public property every month.
CBN is coming with a ridiculous arguement that state revenue goes up 20% every year.In this global recession, CBN is probably the only person who imagines revenues going up than down.
He also proposes generating revenue from infrastructure sector. What this translates in plain terms is this-
1) There will be toll booths on highways every 20 to 50 kms.
2) Water will be regulated and charged on a per gallon usage like electricity
3) Govt will not own any of the infrastructure including roads, bus stops, public toilets, airports, railway stations etc. Everything will be leased out to privaate companies like GVK and Maytas
4) All the remaining govt properties left by YS, if any, will be sold by CBN, AND he is going to incur more debt for our future generations that are not born yet.

CTS will bankrupt state and push people towards eternal debt. I dont know who is going to win, but I hope TDP loses.
