People who think India does not deserve better

There are some hypocrites among educated people who drool about the benefits they get in foreign countries but when it comes to India, they think people
should be disciplined with a stick.
They rave about the freedoms in US but when it comes to India, govt should step in and stop private enterprises from exercising free market philosphies.
They send their kids to public schools in US and UK but when it comes to India, the only option they see for affordable education is beating down the prices of corporate schools.
Laptop for every child does not seem to be a ridiculous idea in US but when it comes to Indian kids in govt. schools, it becomes a laughing point.
The same people who stand in corners in strip joints and discos in US think Indian girls should not be clubbing.
What future does a country have when its own citizens advocate disciplining and interference from a govt ?
